The Power Penis Workout

  1. Masturbate or massage your penis until your have a full erection.
  2. Let go of your penis and flex your penis, by raising and hardening it, using your interior muscles. Try to get the tip to touch your belly button (hands free). Hold the flex for 1-2 seconds, then release.
  3. Do 10 at a time, then masturbate or relax for 15 seconds. If you feel the need to ejaculate, stop all activity and stay still.

Ideally you should do 10 groups of 10 daily, but you may want to start off a bit slower. Between each set of 10, masturbate until you feel yourself getting closer and closer to orgasm. You may finish with orgasm, or a taoist meditiation session.
